If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with our services, you may request for a refund. If there are confirmed issues with your delivery, we will make a refund. The amount refunded will depend on the issue. This guarantee is valid from the day the order is made on our website or via any of our communication channels and covers all customer categories.
We accept all local debit cards, cash payments and occassionally, transfers.
Yes! You can refer a client to get instant rewards. Please contact us to tell us about your referral.
Your order will ship within one business day from the date you placed the order. Transit time will vary depending on the shipping method and destination, but generally, your products will arrive in five to seven business days (statewide).
General hours are:
9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Saturday.
We also make deliveries on Sundays on special arrangements.

At this time we only ship within Lagos State, Nigeria.
You will receive your tracking number via email as soon as it becomes available. Your tracking number will also be listed in your account. Tracking results should start to appear after the shipping carrier picks up the package from our warehouse.
